Second doses for those who had their first dose of Pfizer 56 days ago
Second doses for those who had their first dose of Moderna 56 days ago
Pfizer vaccines for third/booster doses are available by appointment.
Eligibility:
6 months (168 days) have passed since your second dose AND one or more of the following:
Born 1971 or earlier (As of Dec 13th, 2021)
Health care workers (bring letter/proof)
Indigenous individuals
Those who received two doses of AstraZeneca or COVISHIELD
**You are responsible to ensure you are eligible for a vaccine. If you are not, you will be turned away**
If you live in Ontario and received a Covid-19 vaccine outside of Ontario, your doses need to be documented before you can book your vaccine. You can document individual COVID-19 vaccines or a full series through Toronto Public Health's online portal (below).
Some people vaccinated in Ontario received a non-Ontario stock vaccine, such as Sinopharm or Sinovac. People who received one or two doses of vaccine from the non-Ontario stock may also document them through this online portal (below).
***Do not book an appointment before you have received confirmation that your doses have been uploaded to the provincial system. You will be turned away as we cannot record a dose for you.***
